1. Where are the sculptures produced and shipped from?
All our sculptures are handmade in Italy and shipped from our warehouse in Bisaccia (AV): Via Pilone 10, 83044 Bisaccia (AV). We guarantee 100% Made in Italy craftsmanship.

2. What are the shipping times and costs?

  • Free shipping in Italy and EU.

  • For UK, USA, and the rest of the world: calculated based on weight/dimensions (lowest rates via Packlink).
    Times: 1-3 days for preparation + 5-6 days for Italy, 7-10 days for EU, 10-20 days for extra-EU. Tracking on packlink.com.

3. Can I track my order?
Yes! We send you the tracking number by email. Check it on https://www.packlink.com.

4. What if the package arrives damaged?
Contact us immediately at  sculturemelillo@gmail.com. Keep the packaging and the product. We will open a claim with the courier (we are not responsible for damage in transit).

5. What are the return and refund policies?
Return within 14 days for a full refund (no-quibble guarantee). Contact us for instructions. Ship at your own expense (except for defects). Details in the  Return Policy.

6. Are you responsible for customs duties and taxes?
No, all duties, taxes, and import charges are the responsibility of the customer (recipient). Check your country's costs before ordering.

7. Do you accept international payments?
Yes, credit cards only (charged in €, converted at the daily rate). Check the exchange rate for variations.

8. Are the sculpture colors true to the photos?
We take care in photographing, but colors may vary depending on monitors/devices. Each sculpture is unique!

9. Can I order wholesale or for resellers?
